Katie came to us 18 years ago from a neighbor after we had lost another precious pet. Katie was most loving at 10 at night, laying between us on the bed. She did not like to be brushed and would growl the whole time. She loved catnip and all of her toys, which she hauled all over the place. She loved mashed potatoes with butter in her later years. I miss her sitting by my chair waiting for them at dinner. Katie, we hope you are enjoying your time with all the pets who went before you. Bitsy and Maggie miss you.
